One sign-off and it is released.

On the Vodia stream
Approved audio joins the hold stream over the streaming port the integration uses, so it is playing without anybody touching the system.

- Optional content items change daily or weekly and can replace the music between promotions entirely
- Dated promotions can be loaded ahead of time and retire themselves once the date passes
- Vodia connects over a dedicated streaming port rather than a file drop, so the audio is served to callers rather than stored on the system
