Captivate Connect uses world leading voice recognition technology to recognise voice response commands to simplify, streamline and improve the call experience. We enhanced the basic auto-attendant “Press 1 for sales or 2 for support”, to a cell phone friendly service enabling callers to direct their inquiry via voice command options, “state sales, support or the staff members name”.
